To update your contact information, click "My Account" and sign in with your e-mail address and password. You will then have the opportunity to update your information.


Is there a time limit on how long I will be assisted if I bought the One-Time Empowerment Service?

If you purchase The FloH Club's One-Time Empowerment Service, our friendly and helpful technicians will assist you until your issue is resolved.


If I bought the One-Time Empowerment Service, how many issues will be addressed?

The FloH Club's One-Time Empowerment Service is designed to help you address a single issue. If you are experiencing multiple issues or regularly need technology support, you should consider purchasing a FloH Club Membership Plan.


I live in Canada, Can i use The FloH Club?

If I live outside the United States and received The FloH Club as a gift, can I utilize the support?

The FloH Club does offer support to residents of the United States and Canada. Unfortunately, our service is not offered anywhere else.


How many times can I call?

Members can call as many times as needed to address issues with their computer; however, The FloH Club may choose to refuse service if the frequency of requests for support is deemed excessive or malicious.


I live outside the United States and would like to buy The FloH Club for someone living in the United States. Is that possible?
